Article 1 Employees shall abide by all rules, notices and announcements of the Company.

Article 2 Work Specifications:

5. Do not disclose the secrets of business duties or embezzle and fraud under the guise of power, accept entertainment or deceive in the name of the company.

6. During the working period, employees shall not receive relatives and friends or receive guests to visit without approval. If it is really necessary to meet guests due to important matters, it shall not exceed 15 minutes at the designated place and time with the approval of the competent personnel.

7. Do not bring contraband, dangerous goods or items unrelated to production into the workplace.

9. Without the permission of the supervisor or the person in charge, it is strictly forbidden to enter the computer room, warehouse and other prohibited places, and shall not leave the post arbitrarily during working hours.

13. In the activities of external business contact of employees, if they encounter kickbacks and commissions legally given by business-related units according to regulations, they will be handed over to the company as non-operating income or deduction costs, and if they are embezzled by individuals, they will be punished as corruption.
