1. What is Sublimation Transfer ?It is a Digital Printing Method which combined the Printing Technology with Dyeing Technology, and is a cutting edge Digital Printing Technology which makes the finished product with only one heating process by joining the Transfer Paper printed with Transfer Ink without plate making process to the object to be transferred. Thermal Sublimation Transfer Printing means to perform the Sublimation Transfer after printing various designs with the Digital Printer for the materials coated with Polyester such as Transfer Mug cup of Polyester or Polyspan etc., Tile, Aluminum Plate, Wood etc. If pressured with a fixed temperature, the particles of the Thermal Sublimation Transfer Ink is vaporized and permeated into the Polyester Pores which are also inflated by heat, and the Polyester keeps the Ink which is changed from gas into particles again while the Polyester is contracted if the heat is cooled. This means that it becomes a part of the transferred Object. Due to this reason, the Sublimation Transfer is not performed with the natural fabrics such as Cotton of 100% or Silk. 2. Transfer MethodDesired image or design may be input into a computer and edited with Coreldraw, Photoshep, Adobe Illustrator etc., and it is modified in desired size or resolution.
