Changzhou Shengtak Seamless Steel Tube Co.,Ltd(STK) is a Sino-Hongkong joint venture and established as a specialized manufacturer of high-end seamless tubes of carbon steel, alloy steel&stainless steel.

Located in south part of China, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province - the most developed economic circle of Yangtze River Delta and established in 1990s, STK is also developing fast together with local economy and has been one of the biggest and best manufacturers of (rifled)seamless alloy steel tubes and seamless stainless steel tubes for high-pressure boilers,petroleum cracking&fertilizer equipment,and automotive industries in China.

In STK, there are 518 staff in total including 86 engineering&Technical staff(12 of them are senior engineers) and 92 management staff. There are two plants covering a total area of 115,000m2.With the registered capital of USD3,000,000 since establishment, the total value of fixed assets of STK has reached RMB205,000,000(about USD31,000,000).

In STK, we keep introduction of new&advanced production equipment&inspection device. Since the end of 2009, we have introduced various production equipment and inspection device including 占�30 hot piercing unit, automatically continuous heat-treating furnace of bright annealing, LG325 cold-rolling unit, straightening machines, and NDT system,etc.

In STK, we keep technical innovation and always pay much attention to R&D on new products. In the past two years, we have successfully developed the following new products: seamless tube of high alloy steels of T91, T92, cold-drawn seamless rifled tube of carbon steel&alloy steel for high-pressure boilers(Type A, Type B, and Optimized type), Seamless steel tube(25mm*2.5mm) with superior length of 25.5 meters.
