Henan Xinlianxin Chemical Group Co., Ltd. (formerly: Henan Xinlianxin Fertilizer Co., Ltd. was founded in 1969. It was transformed from a state-owned enterprise into a private enterprise in 2003 and into a joint-stock company in 2019. Its controlling shareholder is China Xinlianxin Fertilizer Co., Ltd. (incorporated in Singapore) was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on December 8, 2009, with stock code: 01866.

Currently, the group has three production bases in Henan, Xinjiang, and Jiangxi, producing urea, compound fertilizer, methanol, melamine, and other products. The group has always adhered to the technology-led development strategy and currently has scientific research platforms such as the "National Enterprise Technology Center", "Postdoctoral Research Workstation", and "Henan Fertilizer Production System Energy Saving Engineering Technology Research Center".
