At present, Midas Chemical Company Limited is a group company with a production base of naphthenic acid and coating additives; a number of talc powder veins and supporting dressing plants; an independent laboratory and research and development center. With the increase of customer demand, Midas continues to improve our product system, and the professionalism of basic acids, additives and mineral products continues to increase.
In 2006, Midas registered and established the first subsidiary with import and export rights in Shenyang, Shenyang Midas IMP.& EXP. Co., Ltd. providing a platform for the company's products to go abroad. In the same year, a naphthenic acid and coating additive processing base was built in the Shaling Development Zone in Shenyang. At present. Midas is still able to provide naphthenic acid with stable supply under the condition that the world's naphthenic acid raw materials are tight.
In 2008, Midas invested in the talcum powder production and processing plant in Haicheng by geographic advantage --near Haicheng City, Liaoning Province, which is known as the "land of talc". We imported advanced ultra-fine processing equipment and perfect Testing Equipment. At present, the annual production capacity of talc can reach 150,000 tons, and the actual output is more than 100,000 tons.
In 2016, with the completion of the R&D center, Midas gradually mastered the core technology of coating additives.
At present, the company has 3 new technology patents of invention and 5 new water-based driers formulations. The new waterborne additives have been successfully introduced to the market and have been well received by users.
