Soosung Defense Industries is the defense division of Soosung PMC which was established in 1986.
For the past 25 years, Soosung has been involved in not only the national defense industry but also in the automotive, heavy industry and nuclear power plant machinery.

Soosung started its operations in Ulsan, South Korea and has steadily expanded to have factories in Kyung Ju and offices in Seoul and the USA. In recent years, Soosung has begun developing new technologies in the defense industry which also include high security defense products contracted by the South Korean government.
