For over three generations now, we have been growing vanilla beans on a rich soil full of minerals that is breeding the most exquisite type of vanilla. Our vanilla vines take two to four years to fully mature and the flowers only bloom for one day of the year. In order to produce a bean, the flower has to be pollinated that specific day. That is the reason why our delicate hand pollination is the secret to thick vanilla pod and a high level of vanillin.

As patience makes the best of our production, our vanilla pods need several months to cure upon harvesting and are being checked upon every day. During the resting time, our beans are bringing the best of their flavor.

Our farmers are labelled as organic farmers and are baning the use of pesticides.Once the vanilla bean is harvested after about a year, we will dry them for a few months to make sure the vanillin is as high as possible.

We then sort them by size, vanillin rate, thickness and quality. We follow 3 types of vanilla beans : Red US, TK Gourmet and Red Europe.
