Xi'an Xin Long Mechanical Casting Co., Ltd. was founded in 1993,as a manufacturer and exporter of castings. In 2004the facilities were expanded to produce weldments while still producing castings. We are an ISO 9001-2000 Certified manufacturing facility.
Current markets we serve include:

The aluminum industry with cast iron thermocouple protection tubes. These are our flagship products.
The automotive industry with cast products such as water pumps, oil pumps, and heavy duty truck axel bushings.
The waste water and fire protection industries with cast products including couplings and fittings.
The agricultural equipment industry with metal fabrication products including support brackets for several pieces of farming equipment.
We started manufacturing thermocouple protection tubes for the global aluminum industry in 1994. Our annual production for thermocouple protection tube is 1,600 metric tons. Thirty varieties of tubes have been exported to 27 countries, including the United States, England, Japan, South Korea, etc. We have developed the technology to produce the longest thermocouple protection tubes in the world(108 inches long). Due to our excellent quality our products have gained an excellent reputation all over the world.

Our ductile iron and grey iron products have been exported mainly to the United States, Italy, and Canada. We manufacture 3,200 metric tons annually of ductile iron products for the North American market alone.

We have more than 210 employees. Included in these are 18 senior engineers and technicians, who supervise and implement our quality control system to ensure it runs effectively and efficiently.
