Q 1:How long you can ship my order?

A: This is depend on the order quantity.Generally, Ifthe goods are in stock,our normal delivery time is 2-5working days ,if

not,it will take 7 to 15 days after receiving youradvance payment.

Q 2: What is your terms of delivery?

A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

Q 3: What is your terms of payment?

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'llshow you the photos of the products and packages beforesend.

Q 4: What is your sample policy?

A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts instock, but the customers have to pay the sample costand the courier cost.

Q 5:What the warranty term for your products ?

A:All our products have at least 1 year warranty.Pleaseprovide us the pictures or videos if there have anyquality problem during

this period and you also need to cut the wire of thedefective one.We will replace a new one to you in thenext order,you don’t

need to send it back.

Q 6:Can you do OEM box?

A:Yes,we can do customer own design box.Order quantityover standard,we can do free,if not,then pay littleextra printing cost.

Q 7: What is your terms of packing?

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutralboxes/plastic bag and brown cartons. If you havelegally registered patent, we can pack

the goods in your branded boxes after getting yourauthorization letters.
