What kind of steel do you use for bucket moulds?

When we develop bucket molds, we usually suggest our customer to use P20 or 718H mold steel. Especially for PC transparent bucket mold, mold steel must make sure of good polishing and long time polishing last.

cavity: single or two core.

single or two runner:hot/cold

mould life time: 300,000 to 800,000 shoot

mould hot treatment: tempering ,quending ,nitriding mould cooling system:water cooling or beryllium bronze cooling specification:we can do all kinds of moulds as customers' requirement.
