Application Range
Chaff cutter FC-2.5 is an economical grass cutting equipment widely used for cutting chaff, hay, wheat,oat, rice straw,mircro-green and dried corn stalks, and other crop stems to breeding cattle, sheep, deer, horse etc. for household use or family farm.
Meanwhile, it can also crush corn, cotton stalks, tree branches, bark etc. suitable for straw generation ethanol, papermaking, and artificial board etc.
Working principle of chaff cutter:
1. Chaff cutter FC-2.5 mainly by the general body, guillotine shear machine, throwing bodies, transmission, running gear, protection devices and rack components. Electric engines as the mating powers, which is both environmental protection and energy saving, and easy to operate.
2. The powers are transmitted to a spindle, the gear by the other side of the spindle can transmit the proper power to feed roller through gear case, Cardan joint, chains etc.
3. When the materials under processing enter into the upper and lower grass rollers in a certain speed and after being fed into the cutting room by the grass rollers and cut in the cutting room,with the high rotating speed cutting then carrying from the outlet hole.
