Product Description
The 3-DOF motion simulation platform system is composed of 3-DOF motion platform, computer control system and drive system. The three degree of freedom motion platform is mainly composed of fixed platform (lower platform), motion platform (upper platform), three electric cylinders which can realize telescopic and axis rotary motion, connecting electric cylinder, cross hinge of upper and lower platform, and auxiliary anti torsion arm. By controlling the telescopic length of the three electric cylinders, the motion platform can realize X-axis and Y-axis rotation, as well as linear motion along Z-axis.
Three degree of freedom platform is mostly used in simulation test. It has obvious advantages of safety, economy, operability, not limited by the site and weather, and high efficiency. In addition, it has less driving joints, less degrees of freedom, easy to control, low cost and high cost performance. Therefore, it is widely used in driving simulation training, flight simulator, space docking simulation, ship and vehicle motion simulation, as well as structural force loading and other aspects. The platform can form a large vibration and swing, simulate the complex road conditions of cars, the bumps of ships by waves, and earthquake scenes.
