The Automatic Valve-stems PET Injection Mould
1.The overall structure of the mould is compact and precision, all templates deal with the ion nitriding. The appearance can be preserved for a long time , the template material becomes 4Cr13 mold.
2.There is complete elimination of templates internal stress. It remains the temperature of 500℃ for 36hours in vacuum state. Precision finishing after cooling out. It won’t cause unstable factors such as deformation and distortion of the use.
3.Only one-time setup process of all templates by moldbase to ensure the high accuracy of forming holes, introduction of concentricity column sets and overall moldbase.
4.Die slider adopts die outside mechanical, materials for high-intensity and anti-corrosion steel s136.The structure is reliable. The overall opening and closing modulus of mould(slider, push plates, top out)is coordinate-steps. Sliding contact surfaces of all components are using advanced ion nitriding, local hardness of the surface can reach HRC65-70,it is small friction coefficient and wear-resistant.
5.Slider open mode(Block Hough)adopts HUSKY mechanical structures within open mode.
6.The molding parts(note core, note cavity, die lip):materials for high-intensity and anti-corrosion steel s136,HRC more than 48;
7.The forming parts are hardened by ion nitriding surface, the friction surface is accompanied steadily, closely meet and durable.
8.Hot-runner parts: components are using SKD61 temperature high-strength materials, HRC more than 30.
9.The mainstream channels are in the use of Hafshof heat pipes from Italy, the pipe joint is embedded, which is not easy to damage.
10.Hot mouth adopts original Cheng Ye heat ring, the quality can guarantee reliable use.(according to the user’s reaction, there are not any damages in 3years)
11.The hot mouth adopts Nestal structure, ramp-type feed and the flow channel is smooth, the part associated with valve-stems is smooth, hole accuracy is within 0.004mm,the surface hardeness is between HRC68-72,material of hot mouth is the BO beryllium copper, HRC is more than 35.
12.The front place of hot mouth(injection mouth)uses the high-strength titanium alloy inserts, it can transfer the heat fast and is in Wear-resistant, it guarantee the quality for a long time as well.
13.valve-stems are imported original needle bar, material for SKD61, HRC60-65,with special deal, it is in high accuracy and Wear-resistant.
14.Piston and block slider is made of imported Wear-resistant, which leads long life. The piston material is imported S136. It is precision finishing after heat treated. Original seals are imported, materials for high temperature poly tetrachlorethylene fluoride.
15.Mainstream channel of high-precision deep-hole drilling process, with the high-accuracy flow channel, smooth surface and small resistance, will not cause plastic molecular carbonation, the preform flow-line spectrum is clear and bright
16.The hot-runner is made of good-quality imported s136,in the vacuum state with the temperature of 550℃-250℃ after rough finishing ,remains the state steadily for 48hours,it can eliminate deformation of the mould due to the heat when it is used; materials are used by the pre-simulation process. It is a good overall performance.
17.The cooling performance of overall heat mode is excellent.In the normal injection procedure, the temperature of outside mode is low(about40-55℃),to eliminate the bad factors that damage machine, for example, the injection molding machine for making a template will not cause deformation and expansion by hot-runner heat.
18.The temperature control system is controlled by one cavity and one point temperature control instrument with high accuracy, which ensures the stability of the production bottle preform and effectively controls the AA value of acetaldehyde content.
Acceptance criteria:
1.Tooling and auxiliary equipment should meet the technical parameters and performance requirements set.
2.Machine efficiency(efficiency=(run-time-broken-time)/all run time*100%)reach97%
3.Mould production cycle should be more than three million times.
4.The quality of the production(preform)should reach the requirements.
5.The mould must work according to the assembly size of the equipment, also can work with the equipment
