Introduce
(1) Cutting structure:
The durability of premium tungsten carbide inserts has improved with new formulations and technologies for blade bits. High quality tungsten carbide surfacing is used to enhance the wear resistance of steel bit teeth.
(2) Gauge structure:
Multi-gauge protection, gauge dresser at heel and taper gauge surface gauge inserts, tungsten carbide inserts and shirt tail surface hardening increases gauge retention and bearing life.
(3) Bearing structure:
High precision bearing with two thrust surfaces. Ball locking cone. Hard surface to hear bearing surface. The taper bearing is inlaid with antifriction alloy and then silver plated. Improve the wear resistance and bite resistance of bearings, suitable for high speed.
Feature
1. C-Center jet can avoid bit nodding, eliminate bottom hole fluid area, accelerate cuttings upward flow, and improve ROP.
2. High saturation NBR bearing can reduce sealing pressure and improve sealing reliability.
3, G-Gauge protection improves the measuring ability and prolongs the service life of the drill bit.
4. Add a row of teeth between the rear cone and the outlet to trim the drilling hole and protect the cone.
