1.Product Detail
It is PET Blank transfer film used in offset printing and screen printing. The film is release coating on the surface and silicon coating on the back, which can prevent the films stick together, save the Silicon Paper cost. Through multi-channel applicator precision processing and quickly absorb ink layer, high surface smoothness, can reach 175-210 line network printing, no matter fine patterns or colors printing can achieve the ideal effect.

3. Application
1). Apply to printing: offset printing, screen printing, gravure
2). Applicable heat transfer materials: cotton, chemical fiber, cotton blended fabric, EVA, non-woven fabrics, leather and other heat resistant fabric
4. Note
1. Before transfer, keep printing substrates clean and tidy;
2. At printing and production, avoid contact with sharp objects and hot objects, do not scratch;
3. Offset printing, pay attention to the light to take and light put, prevent scratch color printing design;
4. This product is applicable to water, oily silk screen printing ink, but do not apply to thermosetting ink Plastisol ink.

For PET release film with standard size , our MOQ is 1000 sheets .
2.What about peeling method,printing method and compatible Ink?
cold peeling ,glassy surface/offset and screen printing/Water-base ink, Oil-based ink
3.What about the storage method?
Products need to be stored in a temperature: 0 °C to 35 °C, relative humidity: 30% - 30% of the environment to avoid light preservation. Products for a period of 36 months (the original packaging and unopened), more than warranty please use after test.
4. What is your lead time ?
2-3 days , depending on the quantity , for normal size , we almost have safe stock .If out of the stock need 10days.
