ESKO cutting machine blade provided by “PASSION”. is produced by high-quality tungsten steel raw materials, with high cutting precision, stable quality and long service life. The blades can be widely used in corrugated materials, folding cartons and paper, hard boards, flexible materials, foam and foam core boards, aluminum and ACM, wood and wood-based materials, rubber, flexographic plates, etc.
This blade design gives the tool excellent performance when cutting rigid materials such as display carton, rigid plastics, foamed PVC (Forex / Sintra), and several gasket materials. These are long-lasting tungsten carbide blades for maximum performance. Our range of 8mm round shaft blades are superior for cutting many different rigid materials and corrugated board with the RM (Rigid Material) knife tools for the Kongsberg XN/XL/V/X and the XP/C platforms.
The 8mm round stock blades come in three different shapes. The DR (double round) has a double edge and centered tip. The DR-A blades have an asymmetric, double edge. The purpose is to reduce burrs on one side of the cut, i.e. line direction control is required. The SR (single round) has a single edge, with the tip offset 4mm from the shaft center (4mm lag).
