Production Process
Our factory own advance production line, machine including bending calibration machine, hydraulic plate shears machine, shears machine, slitting machine, 208T hydraulic straightener, etc. All the purpose is to produce good quality steel poles.
The fabrication processas cut plate, bending, forming, automatic welding, drill holes, quality check before galvanized, hot dip galvanized and powder coating, finally quality check according by client’s required.

2. Matercial :hot rolled coil from Q235 to Q460 ,ASTM573 GR65, GR50 ,SS400, SS490,ST52-3
3. Deal: Hot dip galvanized Following ASTM A 123 or any other stardand by client required.
4. Packing: Plastic bulble , Mat &Straw Bale or following client required
5. Length : within 16meters once forming( single section)
6. Thickness: from 1mm to 25mm
