ABS double color engraving plastic sheet are divided into three categories: ordinary double color engraving plastic sheet, outdoor double color engraving plastic sheet, and laser-specific double color engraving plastic sheet.
CNC sheet also divided into different categories, gloss surface sheet, matte surface sheet, metallic surface sheet, all sheet can be adhesive backed with 3M tape.
For CNC/Rotary engraveable sheet, there are two differentprocesses for the treatment of surface color. One is the traditional process, which is screen printed, the other process is like the metallic surface, heat anodized aluminum onto the back board, the most popular color are red/white, yellow/black, white/black, black/white, blue/white, black/gold, brushed gold/ black, brushed silver/black, etc. as follow we shows. we also accept customize colors according to customer’s sample.
The commonly used sizes of abs plastic double color sheets are quartersheet (12’’x 24’’), half sheet (24’’x 24’’), full sheet (24’’x 48’’).
ABS engraving materials can be CNC router, Table saw, knife, hand saw, heat gun, laser cutter.
