The starch reacts (esterified) with vinyl acetate or acetic anhydride, to produce acetylated starch, which acts to prevent amylose degradation.

Characteristic:

- Prevents low powdery degradation, solidification and water leakage.

Improves stability during freezing - thawing, improving water retention.

- Lower the gelatinization temperature of starch.

- Increase the viscosity and transparency to help improve the product surface.

Application:

- Instant noodles, vermicelli, vermicelli.

- Frozen fast foods, ice cream.

- Rice paper, sponge cake, dumpling.

- Seafood...

Packing:

- Packing 25kgs/bag paper bags, PP/PE bags: 50kgs / bag.
