JadeSpider™ JLP Serial of Acrylic pulps is the fibrillated product of Acrylic fiber, having similar micro-structure to aramid pulp of tree like with a main trunk fiber and various size limbs and branches attached. 

    Besides retaining majority excellent properties of acrylic fiber as excellent environmental adaptability, no sensitive to humidity and heat resistance, JadeSpider™ Acrylic pulps have good performance of dry and wet processing. Web structures are formed for interlocking among highly fibrillated fibers and the pulps displays excellent filler retention. It can be used as the replacement of aramid pulp to reduce the cost in the majority of cases. Two types can be chosen according to the different use.
