SIM+Cu ® antimicrobial film consists of a transparent copolymer based on polyethylene (PE) or polyethylene terephthalate ( PE T) coated with copper, whose ions are an antimicrobial agent that acts as an inhibitor of viral RNA replication. Once on such a film, the virus dies within a few minutes.
