Air Bearing Turbo Blower
Abstract: FuYuan blower adopts air suspension bearing, PMSM, high efficiency inverter and smart control system. It is characterized by high efficiency, energy saving, oil-free and maintenance-free. (I) Four key technologies of air suspension
FuYuan air bearing centrifugal blower adopts dynamic pressure air suspension bearing designed and manufactured using the principle of aerodynamics. The centrifugal impeller of high-efficiency compressor is directly connected to high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor. It is a high-tech product integrated by a high-frequency inverter and an intelligent control system.
Blower features in high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, maintenance-free, reliable operation without oil, simple operation and maintenance, and semi-permanent life. Used in cement industry, sewage treatment, paper industry, food and medicine industry, petrochemical industry, textile and other industries.
Air suspension bearings:
Air suspension bearing uses high temperature solid lubricant and it make bearing stand start-stops over 20,000 times under high temperature/low temperature conditions. It is a semi-permanent bearing. The air bearing has no mechanical contact, no lubricating oil system, no regular maintenance, and can achieve long and stable operation over time. No friction loss, super long life. The overall efficiency of the blower is as high as 96.5%, which is 30-50% energy saving than traditional blowers, almost no power loss. The energy saving effect is obvious.
Permanent magnet high speed motor:
Using air bearings, the rotary shaft can rotate 10,000 to 200,000 times per minute (10,000-200,000RPM), providing ultra-high-speed operation (providing high energy density). Our company's permanent magnet synchronous high-speed motor is not only large in capacity but also small in size. The efficiency of the general AC motor is 85%, the efficiency of FuYuan's four-pole permanent magnet synchronous motor is ≥97%, and the efficiency of the most two-pole motor in market is 95%. FuYuan blower can save energy by 5-10% in terms of motor.
High speed and high efficiency centrifugal impeller:
Derived from FuYuan’s rich turbocharger design concept, the international advanced CFD design software CONCETP NREC is used to design a high-efficiency centrifugal compressor. The impeller efficiency can reach 92%, and the blower compression efficiency (including volute, impeller and diffuser) can reach 84%. , When the working conditions change, the efficiency of the blower decreases by <2%. The impeller is made of aviation aluminum alloy and processed by a five-axis linkage machining center, which has the characteristics of high strength, small inertia and high reliability.
Frequency conversion control system:
The international advanced motor and frequency converter speed control system can automatically adjust the speed and power according to the load to ensure the best operating conditions. The control system completes the no-load start through the emptying device, and realizes safety in the case of power failure and alarm during shutdown. There is no need to set up a separate frequency conversion cabinet and operation cabinet. The main control panel set up in the blower room can automatically and continuously adjust the speed, pressure, flow, control opening, problem alarm, etc. through the computer CPU. All data are monitored in real time remotely.
