KD-510 Air respirator has three models for painting, grinding, and sandblasting depending on its application. All three models have the patented visual part, a silencer, and an air filter. Typical air respirators use glass or acrylic sheets on the lens of the face part, and have 3~4 pieces of mounted glass to secure clear sight during work. It results in fatigue to the worker, reduction of work efficiency of work efficiency, and a time consuming preparation. The new KD-510 air respirator produced by Kyoungdo; however, wses a special roll-type durable film (painting work uses 20 cuts per roll; grinding/sandblasting 12cuts) which allows for quick and easy replacement of the polluted screen back to a clear view simply by winding the film changing lever. (12 and 20 cuts mean the amount of film wound per roll how many times it can secure the user clear sight) In addition, the mounted silencer reduces the noise from the compressor, to prevent headaches, earaches, etc...

Grinding ↓
	Air-cushion attached between lens and film in order to reduce external shock and to prevent incoming of foreign substances.
Send blasting ↓
	Specially designed face part to prevent injury from sand or frit ball and to reduce user’s weariness. Excellent anti-shock and anti-abrasion rates by using Urethane material. Normal shot brast hoods have 5~7 glass layers in view which increase the weariness of the user. Our product use films to reduce the weight thremendously.
