I concern myself with rendering assistance in search for investor to develop a STOL light three-seater (pilot + two passengers) airplane aimed to rescue people in areas of natural calamity the flooded city or rain showers, heavy falling snows, monsoon flooding, i.e. when help is not applicable or cannot be provided by other means.

The airplane is designed as an amphibious vehicle capable of alighting on water, hard soil, marsh, sand or snow. Take-off and landing are carried on float-skies combined with a wheel-landing gear or without it. Landing gear retraction and extension is carried from cabin on the ground or on the water. The floats and bogies have common attachment points with non-rigid suspension, and the nose float has a wheel and a ski-control surface.

At heavy precipitation or wind as well as at night time, when flight is impossible, the design assumes a ground /water run without the wing (at wind velocity up to 30 m/s and 20 m/s, correspondingly).

The main function of such airplanes is to operate without the wing in the mode of speedboats, snowmobile, increased rough-field capacity vehicle. They can operate in populated localities and on water basins in distant areas, at nonflying weather and nonavailability of roads, in places where heavy machinery is not applicable (fast stream, rice fields, etc.).
