Al-P master alloys benefits Provide excellent refinement in little or low copper alloys without the usual contamination caused by the use of Cu-P alloy. Dissolution at 720℃ or below within 2 minutes. Can be added directly to the casting furnace or continuous casting rather than in the melting furnace to minimize losses. Good phosphorus recoveries. Inert phosphorus content. Easy to handle and measure. Can be used as a trim addition as P is lost when pre-refined ingot is melted.
