1. Thermal transfer coating
Thermal transfer coating is a method of forming semipermanent and highly durable secondary patterns by infiltrating printed patterns into a coating by pressing the film with various patterns of hardwood, marble, leather, and other patterns on the surface of the coating and heating it after primary coating treatment using a highly durable special paint on the metal surface.
2. PVDF Coating
PVDF coating is an ultrahigh performance coating that contains PVDF resin. This type of coating offers excellent weather resistance, thermal resistance, water resistance, chemical resistance, flexibility, and high gloss and assures 20 years or more of durability.
3. Powder Coating
Powder coating is the latest coating technology. It is the application of 100% solid dry powder paint without a solvent or diluent material using an electrostatic spray method and then heating the component at a high temperature to cure it.
4. Anodizing
Anodizing is the surface coating technology that uses a property that forms an aluminum oxide layer on the aluminum surface by oxygen generated from the anode in an electrolytic cell.
