Aluminium ingot for industrial use
In our daily industry of raw materials called aluminum ingot, according to the national standard (GB/T 1196-2008) should be called"remelting aluminum ingot", but we used to call "aluminum ingot". It is produced by electrolysis with alumina - cryolite. There are two kinds of aluminum ingot after entering industrial application: cast aluminum alloy and deformed aluminum alloy. Casting aluminum and aluminum alloy is a casting method to produce aluminum castings; Deformed aluminum and aluminum alloys are processed products of aluminum produced by pressure processing: plate, strip, foil, tube, rod, mold, wire and forgings. According to the national standard, "aluminum ingot for remelting is divided into 8 grades according to the chemical composition, respectively Al99.90, Al99.85, Al99.70, Al99.60, Al99.50, Al99.00, Al99.7E, Al99.6E" (note: the number after Al is aluminum content). What some people call "A00" aluminum is actually 99.7% pure aluminum and is called "standard aluminum
