How to order from AISTAR?
1. Inquiry-Professional quotation.
2. Confirm the price. lead time. artwork. payment termetc.
3. AISTAR Group sales send the Proforma Invoice withAISTAR company seal.
4. Customer make the payment for deposit and send usBank receipt.
5.Initial Production Stage-Inform the clients that wehave got the payment and will make the samplesaccording to your request, send you photos or Samplesto get your approval. After approval, we inform that wewill arrange the production & inform the estimatedtime.
6. Middle Production-send photos to show the productionline which you can see your products in . Confirm theestimated delivery time again.
7. End Production-Mass production products photos andsamples will send to you for approval. You can alsoarrange the third party Inspection.
8. Client make payment for balance and AISTAR ship thecargo. Also AISTAR can accept payment term-Balanceagainst B/L Copy. L/C or D/P payment Term.
9. Order can be say "finish" when you receive the goodsand satisfy with them.
10. Feedback to AISTAR about Quality. Service. MarketFeedback & Suggestion. And we can do better.

1.Q:Are you manufacturer or tradingcompany?
A:We have our own 2 factories to produce 80% productsby ourselves ,including fuel dispenser,fuel nozzle,fuelpump, camlock coupling ,measuring can, jerrycan,valve,pipe fitting,flowmeter etc,rest 20% wepurchase from our boss's relatives,friends to make sureget cheapest price and these factories working with usover 10 years.
2.Q:What you can supply to me?
A:We could supply all kinds of Fuel dispenser and fueldispenser parts, Besides ,we provide OEM service,shipping service and QC service as well to make sureyou get ONE-STOP purchase process fromus.
3.Q:Can you customize the products as per ourrequest?
A: Yes, we do OEM and ODM. We could make the productsuggestion based on your idea and budget.
4.Q:How to get a sample from you?
A: All samples will be free if unit cost under20USD,but the freight should be on your side. If youhave express account like DHL,UPS etc we will send youdirectly, if you don't have you can send express costto our Paypal account, any sample cost could bereturned when you make order.
5.Q: What's your payment term?
A: Payment: 30% in advance, 70% after receiving theB/L.We also accept L/C ,D/P if total amount over$30000.
