Main parts
1. Asphalt mixer.
Thanks to the horizontal twin-shaft compulsory mixer, the mixing quality and efficiency are improved incredibly. High chromium wear-resistant alloy on mixing blade and lining board ensures long service life.
2. Aggregate batcher.
Aggregate bins quantities are customizable based on on-site demands. The bottom part of aggregate bins accommodates one fine aggregate and one coarse aggregate discharging gate, responsible for gathering weighed materials and transporting via a wheel loader.
3. Weighing system.
Our weighing system ensures accurate proportion control, capable of differentiating compensation, aggregates, cement, water fly ash to have their own weighing system.
4. Aggregate conveying system.
The lifting hopper and belt conveying system are two conveying systems LUTON offers. The lifting hopper type is suitable for small or medium construction sites, while belt conveying system, for its continuous conveying performance, meets the demands for large projects.
