We LLC "BEST OIL" and company Director (TIUNOVA LYUDMILA ANATOLIEVNA) with full corporate and legal responsibility under penalty of perjury confirm that we are willing and able to sell the following petroleum/petrochemical products under the Russian legal formalities. We respectively offer to sell the listed products and quantities on the Attached SCO, through our Seller/Refinery whom we LLC "BEST OIL" represent as their official Mandate/Representative we have the product in our refinery and at the port of Rotterdam NL and Houston TX as well.

NOTE: Our prices are highly negotiable. Our standard commission structure is $6 PER MT and $4 PER BBL. Our Commission structure can also be negotiated between the seller and authorized buyer mandates or intermediaries. Kindly Review the attached SCO with listed workable Procedures on FOB and CIF, If your Buyers are satisfied with the terms and Procedures, then revert back with an ICPO or LOI corresponding as per the Procedures on the Attached SCO.
