Bellflower Root Essence is made of a six-year-old bellflower root and Ssanghwatang, a restorative tea. Ssanghwatang is a typical herbal medicine prescription that helps people recover from fatigue by balancing energy and blood circulation.

Ssanghwatang (black herbal tea) is one of the restorative herbal medicines for ancient kings in Korea. It is a "paste" product of Kyung-Ok-Ko type that is made by simmering nine medicinal herbs, including Korean white woodland peony, milk vetch root, Rehmanniae radix preparata, and Korean angelica root, with a six-year-old bellflower root in malt. Simply scoop this richly concentrated essence or drink it with warm water to enjoy it.
