We are glad to inform you that we can now get you Nigerian BLCO in China storage tank farm if you have real and ready buyer. Below is our working procedure.

PROCEDURE: 流程

1. Buyer and Seller sign SPA with Buyer NNPC-CIS.

买方和卖方签署SPA附上买方的客户信息表。

2. Buyer and Seller make TTM in China, preferably Qingdao.

买方和卖方安排在中国TTM，在青岛更适宜。

3. Buyer shows capacity of funds (MT799) to Seller bank and Seller will issue 2% Performance bond and show the Chinese TSR and Tank Information at Qingdao Tank Farm to buyer within 2 international banking days. (a. DTA & Assurance Letter , b. ATS, c. Custom Clearance, d. Warranty of Title, etc)

买方展示资金能力（MT799）给卖方银行，卖方会在2个国际银行天内开出2%履约保证金并展示在青岛坦克农场的中国储罐收据和坦克信息给买方。（a. 验货许可和保证信，b. 销售许可，c. 清关，d. 权利担保等等）

4. Seller issues buyer Dip Test Authorization to conduct dip testing in the onshore tank farm.

卖方开出验货授权给买方在岸罐去进行检验。

5. Buyer`s inspector conducts CIQ inspection.

买方验货员进行CIQ检验。

6. Seller gives Commercial Invoice for the amount of the total cargo. Buyer’s bank issue payment via MT 103/72 for the full invoicing amount of the total cargo and seller pay commission to all beneficiary within three banking days. All titles pass to Buyer along with all documents.

卖方为全部货物的金额提供商业发票。卖方银行通过MT103/72支付全部货物的全额货款，卖方在3个银行天内支付佣金给所有相关方。所有货物抬头和全部文件转移给买方。

Discount is $5 gross. $4 net to the buyer $1 for commission to both parties.
