Feature
Gate valves are the most commonly used where bi-directional on-off service is required. They have straight-passed ports to assure minimum turbulence, erosion and resistance to flow. Also they're mainly used where a minimum of pressure drop is important because they offer no resistance to flow when fully opened.

Body |
The body is made in cast and designed according to HLC'S design program and relevant specifications. For stainless steel or special material specified with API603, no seat rings exist separately to be integral with body. But if you want the separate seat rings we can provide as you want.
Wedge |
Seating area is designed so as to sufficiently resistant against design pressure and is wide enough to offer a large seating surface. Long guide slots in wedge can always make centering of wedge. Also integral twin-disc wedge can not jam, bind or stick because each half flexes independently. Tee-head stem connection on solid wedge and flexible wedge prevents lateral deformation on stem to assure accurate sealing.
Bonnet |
Bonnet flange and yoke are designed in order to have sufficient strength against stem thrust force. Bonnet nipple for smooth operating is provided on yoke to minimize the operating torque caused by friction between yoke sleeve and yoke.
Seat Ring |
We have three type models of seat ring. Integral with body, threaded in body and seal welded on body are them. They are designed to eliminate the construction disturbing flow. Seating area has adequate with to seal with wedge.
Stem |
The stem is provided with a Tee-head which is an integral part of the stem itself. Carefully machined backseat ensures a perfect seal when the valve is open. Stem-wedge connection has strength enough to ensure the strength of connection exceeds the strength of the root area of stem thread.
Yoke Sleeve |
The yoke sleeve arrangement is designed to permit removal of hand-wheel without allowing any axial movement when the valve is in the open position, except some valves as per API603. We use two bearings depending on class and nominal size.
