User Guideline

1. BonMaker is an automated system for processing patient's own teeth into "Auto-Teeth Bone" graft material for GBR procedures. "Auto-Teeth Bone" graft material is only for the patient from which the teeth were extracted. DO NOT PLACE GRAFT MATERIALS INTO ANOTHER PERSON. 2. Use only reagent materials provided for the BonMaker System. BonReagent is specifically formulated for the BonMaker System. Do not use any reagents other than materials provided for the BonMaker System. Any deviation from the manufacturer's protocol can cause mal- function, equipment breakdown, and unacceptable graft material. Do not use any of the BonReagent components without proper protection such as latex gloves, mask and eye protection.
