TRADE PROCEDURE:

1. Seller sends FCO to Buyer and in return the buyer acknowledges and communicates the amendments in FCO to seller.

2. Buyer signs and return FCO as confirmation of Seller’s offer.

3. Buyer or Buyer’s Representative Meets Seller in Dar Es Salaam

4. Buyer or Buyer’s representative verifies and confirms documentation of stock during a meeting at Seller’s offices.

5. Seller and Buyer or Buyer’s representative witness and inspect the goods stocked in Seller’s bonded warehouse at the Dar Es Salaam Port.

6. Buyer or Buyer’s Representative review and sign a Supply contract for the trail order with Seller.

7. Seller issue a proforma invoice for the total cost of the trial order,

8. Buyer makes a Prepayment by Telegraphic Transfer of 50% of Total order value into Seller’s Bank accounts against the proforma invoice.
