1. During installation,the carriage bolts shall be freely penetrated into the hole and shall not be knocked by force.

2. When the carriage bolts cannot be threaded freely,it is not allowed to use gas cutting to enlarge the hole.Instead,it is required to use a reamer to make the hole.When repairing the hole,the plate layer should be closely attached to prevent iron filings from entering the plate seam.After the hole is reamed,a grinder should be used to remove the burr on the hole edge and iron filings.

3. The carriage bolts should be threaded in the same direction, and then tightened with a wrench.The carriage bolts shall not be installed in rainy days, and the friction surface shall be dry.
