Top roller is used to hold up the track shoes assy, and make the crawler shoes has a certain tension.

Top roller is used to keep the track shoes assy straight. If top roller is broken down, the Crawler can’t keep straight to walk, which will effect the work efficiency. So, we must choose high quality top roller to replace, OEM / Original is the best.

Our top roller material is 40Mn2, production technique is forging, heat treatment is whole quenching and tempering, and surface hardening, hardness is HR40-50.

When top roller worn out to extreme dimensions, you can repair by welded, or even replace new top roller.
