CAS NO. 8059-24-3 Vitamin B6 Powder
Vitamin B6 is also known as "anti-dermatitis vitamin". One of the B Vitamins. It belongs to pyridine derivatives, including pyridoxine (pyridoxine), pyridoxal (pyridoxal), pyridoxamine (pyridoxamine) three compounds, they exist in the form of mutual conversion in food. However, most of the vitamin B6 in plants is pyridoxine, and most of humans and animals are pyridoxal and pyridoxamine. Human intestinal bacteria can also synthesize pyridoxine, which can be converted into pyridoxal and pyridoxamine in the human body, but the latter two cannot be converted into pyridoxine. The three have the same physiological activity. Vitamin B6 is rapidly converted to pyridoxal phosphate in the human body. This compound plays an important role in amino acid metabolism and is a coenzyme for decarboxylase, transaminase, kynurenase, deaminase, and desulfurization hydratase. It is also a coenzyme necessary for carbohydrate and fat metabolism, central nervous system activity, and hemoglobin production.
