a) Color Mixing This series is inter-mixable. The mixture 2 or more different colors can make various half tones. All kinds colors can be mixed with 17300 mixing white to make lighter and more beautiful various colors. The mixing ratio can be decided by user after testing. No 11010, 11101, 11600 colors contain gold. The color tone can be adjusted by adding some quantity of white or flux. If you mix small amounts of the colors with 15070 cobalt blue, you may get more stable and unique colors. b) Thickness of Print. Too thick printing can cause of color crack because of different coefficient of expansion between body glaze and colors. In offset printing, we recommend not to overlap printing more than 3 colors. c) Mixing of Medium. d) Firing. The difference of high temperature will be about 50°C (122°F). The best firing point shall be in mid of the color difference. At peak temperature, the goods must stand by about 15-20 minutes to get good firing result. The kiln must keep clean inside without dust and smoke and good air circulation while firing. If you put too many goods inside of kiln, the firing result could be no good. e) Moisture Content. |

1. PB & Cd Content Status
2. Chemical Resistance The Chemical Contents analyzed out and listed as above are to prove that our colors are within general limit of chemical resistance. However, It can not substitute of chemical analysis for finished ceramic ware. Because, the chemical resistance can be varied depending on the kind of ceramic goods, colors, medium and firing conditions. Above listed chemical contents will help to check if the goods will meet general limit of regulation per size of design. 3. Acid Test Result We tested in 4% Acetic Acid at 22 C+/- 2 C(72 +/- 3 F) for 24 hours and the colors remained the same. 4. Alkali Test Result We tested in 0.5% of NaCo3 at 60 C+/- 2 C(140F +/- 3 F) for 32 hours and the colors and gloss remained the same. 5. Particle Size About 85% is less than 5 microns and about 98% is less than 10microns. 6. Firing Temperature It will be ranged 750°C - 880°C (1,380°F - 1,620°F). 780°C +/- 10°C(1,440 °F +/- 20°F) will be the best temperature. 7. Thermo-Impact Test After the goods fired, we increased the temperature of kiln inside by 20°C +/- 2 C(68°F +/- 3°F) for10 minutes. Then, we took the samples out of kiln and quickly dip it in cold water. No crack, no damage was found. 8. Strong Points Millennium 2000 Series are different from other competitor's colors which were produced by just mixing of finished flux powder and finished pigment. Our Millennium 2000 colors have no color change, no Alkali residue and no grain residue on surface of printing. |
