Performance:
CBS (CZ) is Greyish white or yellowish powder with slightly odor and nonpoisonous.The density is 1.31-1.34. Melting point over 96℃ .Soluble in benzene, methylene chloride, carbon tetrachloride, ethyl acetate, acetone, ethanol-soluble and petrol do not dissolve in water.
Application:
CBS(CZ) is an accelerator with high activity and has greatly delayed action, high anti-scorching quality, processing safety, short cure time. Its activity can be reinforced by thiuram and dithiocarbamate type alkaline accelerators. Mainly used in manufacture of tires, rubber shoes, rubber tube and other rubber products.
Packing and Storage:
It is packed in Kraft paper bags lined with plastic film, net weight is 25kg/bag.
It should be stored in a cool, dry warehouse.
The shelf life is 12 months.
