Oiling Spindle by oil mist
It makes oil into micro-particles smaller than 0.2 by using air pressure and sprays it to the spindle bearing spinning with high speed. It also lubricates and cools off the bearing to protect it.
Structure of Spindle
The bearing of AC spindle motor (7.5 kw) is 3-point support type, and it can cut the material with high speed and power up to 3,000 ~18,000 rpm.
