Coconut RBD (Refined, Bleached, and Deodorized) oil, popularly known as Coconut Cooking Oil, is the oil derived from the coconut meat or copra that is mechanically extracted. The extracted coconut oil is then subjected to a series of refining stages to take out all the impurities. The final product is now edible and free from odour and flavour.

Free Fatty Acid (FFA) - less than 0.1%

Saponification Value - 250 to 264

Iodine Value – 7.5 to 10.5

Moisture and impurities, max. – 0.1 %
