Power and free conveyor is highly automatic and integrative, which can stop individual loads without stopping the entire production line. The main conveyor is moving continuously, but another loading conveyor just move step by step (position: inside the oven, loading & unloading area). The output capacity can be very big if the main conveyor speed is fast, no need to enlarge the oven size. So it takes smaller space than the common tunnel oven design.
Temperature control device is digital type. The temperature of the oven is controlled by the command of the thermostat that works by the signal of the thermocouple ,to the burner.
Adjustable type digital thermostat,thermocouple,cable line to the fans,cable channel and electrical control panel are included in the system.
Thermo-unit is fitted at the back side of the furnace and has the capacity of increasing the furnace temperature up to 220°C. This unit includes heat-exchanger,circulating fan,an observation cover,electrical installations and a control panel.
The powder booth is suitable for manual and automatic coating applications and is designed so that it will collect the excess of powder in the filter group. The powder which does not stick to the material within the booth is collected in the powder hopper under the booth. Powder hopper has vibration motor and sieve where can be sieved and recovered unused powder.
The complete frame of the booth is manufactured from 1.5mm and 2mm DKP steel sheet and is powder coated inside and outside. There are spaces for inspection filters and the solenoid valves,and space for changing the filters. Radial type powder suction ventilator is fixed above the filter groups. Filter group there are 3 units of cartridge type filters and 3 units of solenoid valves that operate by pressured air. Bellow the filters,the base is inclined and powder spills towards the booth. Since the suction power of the filters will decrease during painting application,the filters are shocked manually and automatic by the opposite air shocking system consist of pneumatic valves.
