For the usage, you need to fill ice and water into a bag inside the backpack, then put on the backpack and the vest. Turn on the switch and then water will run through the tubes so you can enjoy the cooling while working under high temperature.
PS. the bottle is provided to contain frozen water, acting as a cooling source and easy to change the ice.
