Seller Terms

1. Sales and purchase Agreement will be signed between Buyer and seller.

2. Buyer shall deposit 20% amount of the full invoice value as down payment to the sellers designated account, inspect the products at the site, arrange shipping and transportation.

3. As soon as the Inspection has been completed buyer shall deposit the Balance 80% to the sellers designated account and pick-up the goods.

4. This product is sold AS IT IS, WHERE IT IS BASIS.

5. Buyer is responsible for all local taxes and duties (if applicable), Loading, Transportation and freight charges.

6. Seller and manufacturer does not offer any warranties.

7. It is Buyer's responsibility to verify quantities and condition at the time of pick up. Once the product has been removed from Seller's location, there will be no adjustments based on quantity or condition. 8.
