CPVC Resin Properties:
White powdery polymer compound, polyvinyl chloride modified variety, the mass fraction of chlorine increases nearly 10% compared with PVC, molecular structure irregularity increases, crystallinity decreases, molecular chain polarity enhances, and heat distortion temperature rises up, CPVC products maximum using temperature reaches up to 93 ~ 100 C. In addition to sharing the many excellent properties of PVC, CPVC also has excellent resistant property with acid, alkali, salt, fatty acid salts, oxidants and chemical corrosion such as halogens, heat and flame, high mechanical strength, as well as good electrical properties, etc., it can replace some of the traditional engineering thermoplastics within a certain range, and can be widely used in chemical, building materials, appliances and adhesives and other fields.
Production process:
its our self-developed aqueous suspension chlorination process, using special TAIWAN FORMOSAS PVC resin, efficient new chlorinated additives, optimized heat and mass transfer system, temperature control system, chlorination control system and precisely end point control means and novel post-processing technology, the CPVC resin reached advanced level of similar resin.
