Crispy Laver Bugak (Seaweed Snack or Laver Snack) is the traditional food that Korean kings enjoyed eating in the past. This is made of glutinous rice and kelp soup that is boiled with ancovy, shrimp, radish, onion, shiitake mushroom and other ingredients. Seaweed and kelp (Bugak) is also the snack for children. Our Laver Bukak is very good for our health since we do not use chemical flavor enhancers at all. We spread the boiled glutinous rice mixed with kelp soup on seaweed or kelp, make dry, and fry in oil.
