The product volumetric dosing is exact and easy to adjust. The machines are sturdy and being built to work 24 hours. They need no maintenance (no greasing). All machine elements in contact with the dough are made from food-grade materials and stainless steel AISI304. To make easy the machine transport they have wheels.
The HMI interface incorporated in the machine supervise all the movements, checking its correct functioning as the tray feed, dosage/injected positioning and output. If there is no paper, or tray is not collected at the end, the machine stops, sound a warning and displays the reason for the stop on the control screen. It’s quick easy to use, precise, does not punish the mixture, does not drip and the trays remain clean
