Procedure:

1.Buyer issues ICPO to Seller with banking info with with terms and procedures.

2.Seller issues Full Corporate Offer (FCO)

3.Buyer sign and send it back for Seller.

4.Within 3 banking days from rectption of signed contract Buyer issue a NON-Operative DLC in favor jf Seller.

5.Upon receipt and verification of the DLC,Seller issue POP and PBG 2% which activate automaticflly the DLC.

6.Seller shall load vessels/tankers as per agreed schedules and submit shipping documents to Buyer bank for payment through Sller bank.

7.Buyer bank releases payments to Seller bank against receipt of all the above shipping docbments with 2 banking days from the date of receipt by TT/wire transfer.WE WORK ONLY WITH END BUYER OR BUYER MANDATE
