DAILY: Met Coke in Northeast China Up 50 Yuan

On September 24, 50-yuan hike of metallurgical coke in Northeast China was basically settled. Leading steel mills in Liaoning, Fushun raised price by 50 yuan respectively on September 23 after local steel mills in Heilongjiang put forward price adjustments.

After this, price of strong II grade metallurgical coke from leading steel mills in Yingkou, Liaoning was 1890 yuan/t (delivered to station); that of II grade was 1840 yuan/t in Fushun, Heilongjiang.

Ex-works price of II grade metallurgical coke from coking enterprises in Heilongjiang was 1770 yuan/t; that of strong II grade coke was 1800 yuan/t; that of standard I grade coke was 1830 yuan/t.

It’s expected that metallurgical coke in Northeast China will be stable recently.
